At Gloss & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
